Characters

Doug Hausse

Species: human (early 40's)

Occupation: TV documentary maker

Absolutely, the world - and beyond - is waiting for him to become the "King of TV personalities," so far he knows.

Although his work isn’t really bad - it’s rather totally pointless -, he can’t fathom his own limitations.

He dreams a lot, but his dreams are even worse than being awake. He gains some satisfaction by bullying his house mate Linda, but is actually no match for her in that pathetic game.

Linda Faykes

Species: human (mid 30’s)

Occupation: TV talk show host, former flight attendant

The words "success story" written all over her. She is the real celebrity of KRAP-TV and thus very popular among her fans.

Joe Brixton

Species: human (late 60’s)

Occupation: psychiatrist (who should never had been one)

Lost soul, a "will-never-ever-have-a-date" type, who lives in his own world. He idolizes Freud as the master of psychiatry and as the painter of self-portraits.

Henry Hausse (Doug's father) ♂

Species: human being (early 80's)

Occupation: owner KRAP-TV

Prophesizes his son to be a celebrity and sports hero.

The Mole

Species: a mole, obviously (who cares how old she is)

Occupation: siestas and yelling the quote "Pff. Who cares?"

Shows up every now and then, but especially when you don't expect her. She is small, but very tough to deal with.

Mr. Airmail

Species: human being, dressed as a giraffe (no idea how old he is. How can you tell?)
Occupation: trying to overcome difficulties in life (aka Mrs. A.).

Low self-esteem, in spite of spreading the (fake) news that he has a high position in a university’s psychology department.
